This week was going so well! And I blew it last night. But, I’m not beating myself up about it, because honestly it’s not worth it. I’m picking myself up, brushing myself off and moving on. It’s kind of what I’ve been doing a lot of lately. Which is why my weight has gone up (and up) over the past year.
Breakfast (which is pretty typical for the past 3 years).
Oatmeal, strawberries and a little PB2 on top. Or rather, a lot of pb2 on top. I have an unhealthy love for that stuff. I’m thinking I may not buy anymore for awhile.
And of course, you need a little coffee to go with breakfast.
A little Stevia mixed in there, but mostly black. I like my coffee to put a some hair on my chest and to burn out my nose hairs thank you.
Work was mad busy so I really just wolfed my lunch down at my desk and forgot to take pictures. It was some left over pulled pork from the Gracious Pantry, some couscous and green beans. I had some grapes and Chobani yogurt as well.
Tomorrow I’ll hit the gym for the first time in a week. Please make sure you dump some cold water on me if I hit snooze on the alarm at 7am tomorrow. It has t to happen people. My sanity DEPENDS on it.

Plans for the weekend? Besides the gym I want to see “Silver-linings Playbook” but I doubt the husband is up to that. We saw “Argo” last weekend and it was good.
