Weigh in Thursday

I’m trying to get myself back on track. 2012 did not really go the way I had planned. I had a fantastic 2010-2011 after going from 240 down to 157, I was feeling fantastic.

I stayed around 160-165 for most of the fall of 2011 and continued to run 4-5 miles a day 6 days week. I figured once 2012 hit, I would kick it up a notch and finally hit my goal of 150 (and maybe 140 since I really wanted to get there as a far away goal).

No. It wasn’t meant to be. I got bronchitis in February. On Valentine’s Day no less. I had just rejoined my old gym and was really feeling good. And it all kind of fell apart.

Anyway, here is where I stand as of this morning:

It’s not pretty. I suppose it could be worse. It was worse last week. I was 201.8 last week. I managed to drop 2 pounds this week and I’m proud of that. And I worked out only 3 days this week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And Sunday was only a half ass workout I did because my cell was dead and I didn’t have any music and didn’t go to gym or hit my treadmill at home. I just pulled some workouts off sparkpeople.com and did that instead. It was SOMETHING, right?

I’m going to up it this week and try to hit the gym 4 days.

    Sarah I had no idea your weight crept back up that much but you will get it back down to where it should be.

    and as of workouts… doing nothing. i just have NO motivation to get my butt moving!!
